Services: The Clinic represents low-income taxpayers involved in controversies with the Internal Revenue Service and provides education and outreach services on the rights and responsibilities of taxpayers. Eligible clients may receive free legal services such as representation in Tax Court cases, negotiating payment and settlement options with the IRS, help with audits, filing identity theft affidavits, and prevention of levies.
